The semi submersible vertical multi-stage long shaft deep well fire turbine pump is a vertical long shaft centrifugal pump designed specifically for deep water level fire water intake scenarios. Its core advantage is that it does not require pre injection of water and has a fast start-up response, fully complying with the mandatory standard GB6245 "Fire Pumps". The semi submersible vertical long shaft deep well fire turbine pump is the core water supply equipment for underground deep water tanks and large space fire protection systems.
🔧 Core structural characteristics
Full semi submersible pump head design: The impeller and water filter are completely submerged below the liquid level of the fire water tank, with a minimum submergence depth of only 1 meter, without the need for matching suction pipes or bottom valves, eliminating the risk of cavitation.
Multi section customizable long shaft: The transmission shaft adopts a multi section flange splicing structure, with a conventional customized underwater depth of 1-10 meters, and can be extended to 12 meters under special deep water conditions. The concentricity error of the shaft system is strictly controlled within 0.05mm.
Double bearing lubrication system: The upper rolling bearings are lubricated with grease, while the lower liquid guide bearings can self lubricate through the conveying medium. For conditions containing sediment, they can be externally cooled and lubricated with water at a pressure of 0.2 MPa or above.
Leak free shaft seal structure: traditional mechanical seals are eliminated, and packing seals or special unsealed designs are adopted to completely avoid medium leakage and pollution of the fire protection system during operation.

🏭 Main application scenarios
Deep water level fire water intake: Suitable for underground fire water tanks buried at depths of 3-20 meters, it is the preferred equipment for super high-rise basement fire protection systems in scenarios where ordinary self-priming pumps cannot complete water intake.
Petrochemical industry fire protection system: The fire cooling water sprinkler and fire water cannon supply in the petrochemical tank area and refinery unit area can be directly taken from the deep pit fire water tank.
Large public facilities: airport hangars, large commercial complexes, exhibition centers, and sports venues with large space fire water cannon systems to meet the demand for high flow and high lift water supply.
Special water intake scenario: water is taken directly from the open water source of rivers, lakes and reservoirs, and can also be used for the fire sprinkler system of underground mine and tunnel engineering.
Marine engineering scenario: Offshore drilling platforms, ship engine room fire protection systems, using copper impellers or 316 stainless steel materials to resist seawater corrosion.
✨ Core operational advantages
Extremely reliable start-up: The impeller is always submerged in water, without the need for water injection or vacuum pumping. It can be synchronously pressurized and supplied with water upon start-up, completely eliminating the risk of start-up failure caused by no water in the pump.
Extremely small footprint: The vertical structure is directly installed at the top of the water tank, requiring only two support beams to support and fix it, without the need for additional pump room space. The infrastructure investment is reduced by more than 40% compared to horizontal fire pumps.
Stable operation and long service life: The radial runout of the shaft system is controlled within 0.13mm, with low operating noise and vibration. The overcurrent components are treated with wear-resistant coatings, and the service life of the semi submersible vertical multi-stage long shaft deep well fire turbine pump is extended by 30% compared to ordinary fire pumps.
